So important to insure the same, we designed a  "NOT For-Profit HOA", whose revenues, generated through the RV Park and Leased Commercial Areas, go to the direct support and benefit of the individual residents and actively participating community members.

Our goal is simple but in many ways consciously alerting us to the fact that we will all leave this earth. In so doing, very few of us have done anything to smooth our transition toward the end of our life cycle.
