Our philanthropic mission is wholly dedicated to our vision for "Off-Grid" fashioned Affordable Housing, worldwide. Solar provides power. Wells for Water. Septic for waste water. Plus, the recapture of "Greywater" provides for up to 25 % recovery for varieties of reuse.

The commercial infrastructure (RV Park, Leased Commercial and Residential Rentals) is designed to financially support the tenants and residents of this 55+ retirement community. The community will directly benefit from: (1) Nurses Clinic offering advanced nursing services at NO CHARGE to the residents. (2) Fully sponsored Social & Worship centers (3) Hospice Care FREE of Charge (4) FREE repairs and upgrades, as required, to meet current technologies and efficiencies for Solar, Sewer and Water (5) FREE Transportation Shuttle Service(s) to and from Legend Ranch, Bullhead City, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada. (6) FREE Lunches, every day, for those that would like to participate.
